Pat Firer began her career in dentistry more than 30 Years ago. She started in a dental assisting course at her local Vo-tech school in Pennsylvania. Pat spent the next 15 years as a dental assistant for one of the most successful practices in her area. She also became an expanded duty assistant working in the Operating Room. Wanting to learn more she became an Office Manager for the same busy practice. As an office manager Pat learned the business side of dentistry and excelled in financial management and human resources. Today Pat is the Practice Administrator for a successful practice in Charlottesville Virginia. Pat’s passion for dentistry and experience has allowed her to pursue the next step in her career by becoming a consultant and speaker. She advises new and established practices, giving them the tools to set, reach and exceed their practice goals.
